Teams other than football deserve our attention. So today, we’re turning our (and hopefully your) attention to the men’s volleyball and women’s tennis teams, which recently visited President Barack Obama and the White House. Both teams won national championships in spring 2010, and were honored by the president in Washington. Have a look at the short videos that document their journey east. Our favorite line from the videos? “We want it to be an arm workout every time we put this thing on,” said Evan Romero ’10 of men’s volleyball, when asked about how he went about designing the team’s championship ring.
